capt

Captain Paul Delisle joined the Directorate of Civil Aviation now the Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority (ECCAA) in   September 2000. Captain Delisle joined as a Flight Operations Inspector and worked his way up to Senior Flight Operations   Inspector overseeing the Flight Operations Section of the Flight Safety Division. This position he held up until his retirement on the 31 st of April 2022.

During his tenure Captain Delisle played a major part in the Flight Safety Division representing the ECCAA at many forums   such as ICAO, FAA, EASA, IATA and the list goes on and on. His contributions too numerous to mention will always be   remembered by all with whom he worked or interacted. The most memorable activity he participated in was the one where   he was instrumental in the Flight Operations Section’s preparation towards ECCAA upgraded to category one status in 2006.

It is with a heavy heart all the staff at ECCAA wish Captain Delisle a happy retirement and all the best in times to come. He will surely be missed by all.
